Mia Casa Hotel

Right in front of the beach, breakfast outside next to the beach and was nice

Nice location but it’s approximately 10-12mins away from Fethiye and 40mins away from ölüdeniz. Room was clean but super small like it was hard to open even a cabin size luggage and toilet was super small and wasn’t clean enough and it was smelling musty because it doesn’t have any ventilation.

Breakfast was great, typlically Turkish but a great selection for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic and really close to bars and restuarants. The reception was open for our late check in and it was very quick.

Nothing - everything was fantastic with our stay.

We had 2 weeks here and found all the staff so friendly and helpful .The sea facing rooms had amazing views . Nothing to do with the hotel but we found the price of the sunbeds on the beach and £15 a bit much,if you walk down the beach were the locals go it's £7.50?

Centrally located and beachfront, new and clean, great breakfasts, staff friendly and very helpful!Near good restaurants, hammam. Bus stop to archeological Amyntas closeby, taxis also. They provided a conference room when I needed to work online. I will come back.

Internet in upper floor rooms is a bit spotty, as new facility, but first floor, restaurant, conference room and pool area always had internet.

Location

The room was too small. My friend booked the same room and her room was much bigger with a better view. We paid the same for the same room but didn't receive equal products.

Location and staff were friendly, helpful and service was great. including the breakfasts.Highly recommend Mia Casa to all who wants a good time and location is perfect.Will visit again.

Location, staff and breakfast excellent. Any problem we had was addressed quickly with a smile.

The side of the hotel is just like a landfill full of rubbish and very unkept. It needs a good tidy up. The shower unit was very dirty. Marks on all paint work. Wardrobe door hinge was broken, but I totally understand it was the end of the season.

The location was very good .The room was OK for the price. Staff is great and helpful

WiFi was terrible. Most of the time, we were disconnected from the world. Can't contact family or friends. Also, if you like cleanliness, it is not for you,under the beds was full of hair and dust. And the light was right on the top of my head,banging all night, you can't lift your hand or move frilly

Lovely breakfast Turkish- hot/cold and cereal, coffee and tea and eat looking at the sea. Lovely friendly staff

We enjoyed every second at Mia Casa. The staff and the receptionist are super friendly. The breakfast and the staff added to our joy

The bathroom needs a bit of maintenance

Very Disappointing. Pluses: Great location and breakfast. The standard room we were in had a very lovely view of the magnificent sunset. Super close to restaurants, supermarkets, transportation.  The staff at the restaurant section out front were very friendly and did their job really well.

Unfortunately where it failed for us was the room and premises. It was dirty. The entrance had rubbish and an old mattress strewn at the stairwell. Garden full of weeds. The room looked like it had only been wiped and not scrubbed. The floors were sticky. The only saving grace was the comfortable bed ( but had no mattress protector ) which  was clean and bath  towels. The bathroom had seen better days. Black mould in shower cubicle. And on ceiling. As we  were on the first floor all debris from the upper floors were strewn within eyesight. We had dirty  underwear in full view right outside our balcony. When I provided feedback about the underwear and mould the manager lady thanked me and said they were going to be renovating in November. Half expecting that at least the underwear would be removed and measures taken to clean our bathroom. It was not to be. I  booked for 5 nights and not once had our room been reset. When I asked for an extra blanket and towels it never came. Fortunately I found the linen cupboard and made up our bed and refreshed our towels and toilet paper myself.After speaking with a few other guests they too observed the same lack of response and they too reset their own rooms. I just felt that a little effort would have made a big difference. They only had 1 cleaner servicing all the rooms!! Considering how much we paid they could have used the money towards hiring another cleaner. I hope they will take this feedback on board and improve their customer experience as the hotel has huge potential.

The Staff was a friendly and the location was exceptional (Few Steps to the beach). They have the best breakfast view on the beach.

The cleaning service should be every day not every 3 days.

I can honestly say there’s nothing about this accommodation that we like. It was dirty filthy could not get in the shower without a towel on your feet. You could not get out of the shower without another towel which you wouldn’t put round a dog.

I’m gonna have to say we left after 36 hours with a change of room several times and this is the best room that we could get but when you wake up and you can’t go to the toilet and the toilet seat falls off you can’t even have a clean shower

The bar was shut at 6 the toilet drains would wake us up every time another room flushed the toilet

Location is amazing, hotel is literally one second away from the beach and you don't have to cross any roads to get there, which is great.Bus stop is 5 min walk and will take you to the city centerPool is small but clean and feels very privateRoom looks just like in pictures, we found a good hairdryer in the roomYou can see mountains and sea from your balcony, sunsets are stunningAnd 2 cutest dogs hang around the restaurant - loved them!

Room could use a bit more cleaning.We could use more sockets for sure.I would also make more meal variations for breakfast. Good for couple of days, but for 7+ day vacation - it can get boring
